RENAULT TWINGO – SEATBELTS MAY MALFUNCTION IN A COLLISION
RENAULT TWINGO ( 29/09/2014 – 29/10/2014) DEFECT: Due to an error in the manufacturing process the seat belt buckle may not retain the belt during a frontal impact.
RENAULT TWINGO – OUTER SKIN OF REAR SPOILER MAY DETACH
RENAULT TWINGO ( 07/05/2014 – 10/12/2016) DEFECT: The outer part (skin) of the rear spoiler may detach from the vehicle and /or the pins on the glass tailgate. There would be no warning to the customer. However the possibility of detachment is increased due to the use of car washes.
RENAULT TWINGO – DOOR SECURITY CONCERN
RENAULT TWINGO ( 23/05/2001 – 30/06/2001) DEFECT: Customers may find that they are unable to secure the front and side doors of their vehicles due to wear of the locking bolt due to omission of heat treatment.
